A 50% deposit is required by JULY 19 with final payment due by AUGUST 19.   We offer a 90% refund for individuals who cancel at least 72 hours prior to the first day of the reunion. 

Cancellations must be made by phone and authorized by a representative of Gatherings Plus.  All refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
